Around 5,000 employees at television producer and broadcaster Granada have voted to accept a revised pay and conditions offer, which runs for 15 months from 1 October 2003. The deal sees basic rates increase by 2% from 1 October 2003, plus an additional 0.25% from 1 February 2004, worth just over 1.8% on an annualised basis.
