Home Office blames devil and detail as Kill Bill misses spring release date
Four years after consulting on a new offence of corporate killing, the government has confirmed that it is still searching for answers to the problems it identified in May 2000.
Scheduled to unveil proposals and a timetable for introducing the new offence at a Centre for Corporate Accountability conference on 29 April, Home Office minister Baroness Scotland could instead do no more than outline the government's current thinking.
