Department store House of Fraser has awarded pay rises from a total paybill increase of 2.5%, effective from 1 April 2005. The lowest paid grades will receive an additional increase in October 2005 in line with the national minimum wage uprating to £5.05 an hour.
Staff were awarded individual merit increases ranging from nil to 5%.
