HSC confirms repeal of safety reps Regs
The HSC has disclosed details of its plans - revealed
in last month's HSB - to improve worker consultation by employers on health and
safety matters.
The HSE is working on the first of a two-part package that will see the repeal of the Safety Representative and Safety Committees Regulations 1977 and the Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations 1996.
