HSE ditches percentage cut-offs in stress standards

Employers seeking to meet the new stress standards will not have to demonstrate that prescribed proportions of employees are satisfied with their efforts to manage work sources of stress.

The finalised management standards for work-related stress¹ were issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) earlier this month, and remain unchanged from their draft format.
