HSE offers guidance "free for all"
After years of prevarication, the HSE has announced that from 1 September it will make all 250 of its priced guidance and Approved Code of Practice publications available free on its revamped website. Around 100 items will be in a web format, with the other 150 online but scheduled for conversion by March 2010.
