HSE redresses prevention-investigation imbalance
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is reducing the number of injuries it investigates, in order "to get a better balance" between preventive inspections and investigations.
The changes are set out in a July 2003 HSE paper, given to the Centre for Corporate Accountability.
