Improved pension offer averts Rolls-Royce dispute
A potential dispute at Rolls-Royce has been narrowly avoided. Just as workers were about to be balloted on industrial action, the company has brought to the negotiating table revised proposals for final-salary scheme changes, which look set to be approved by union members at Rolls-Royce.
