International: BA agrees with EWC on consultation over reorganisation
British Airways management reached an agreement with the company's European Works Council (EWC) in July 2009 over principles for information and consultation on national-level business reorganisation.
British Airways (BA), which made record losses of some £400 million in the 2008/09 financial year, is undergoing a process of restructuring and cost cutting, including workforce reductions.
