International: GDF Suez signs transnational agreements
In February 2010, GDF Suez, the France-based energy and utilities multinational, signed transnational agreements with European trade unions on jobs and skills planning, and on health and safety.
GDF Suez was formed in July 2008 by the merger of the GDF gas concern, which was largely owned by the French state, and Suez, a France-based energy, water and waste-management multinational.
