International: Quebecor World signs global labour rights agreement

Quebecor World, the worlds second largest printing company, signed a "joint statement on the respect and promotion of international labour standards" with Union Network International (Uni) on 4 May 2007. The agreement commits the Canada-based multinational to observing and promoting fundamental labour rights, based on International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, both in its worldwide operations and among its subsidiaries and suppliers.
