Ireland: Benchmarking body recommends no increases for most public services staff
On 10 January 2008, the Public Service Benchmarking Body (PSBB) published its second report comparing public and private sector pay levels. Based on these findings, it recommends no additional pay rises for the great majority of Ireland’s 300,000 public services workers.
