Ireland: New anti-bullying code proposed
A new draft code of practice for employers and employees on bullying at work has been published by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA)1. If adopted, it will replace the HSA's current code on the prevention of workplace bullying that was published in 2002 (International: Psychological harassment at the workplace - part two).
