Ireland: Ryanair offer to pilots

Ryanair has informed its Dublin-based pilots that it is "open, ready and willing" to discuss and negotiate the 2007 pay round with them directly, whether they "are a member of any union or not". The low-cost airline is set to offer these pilots the same pay rise as its pilots at other bases across Europe and states that it has started negotiations with its employee representative councils on the April 2007 pay review.
