Italy: Footwear industry agreement allows greater working time flexibility
A collective agreement signed in the Italian footwear industry in July 2010 provides for an average monthly pay increase of €105 over three years, greater working time flexibility, measures to promote company-level bargaining and increase productivity, and a rise in supplementary pension contributions.
The agreement was signed in July 2010 by the Anci footwear employers' association and the sectoral trade unions affiliated to the three main confederations, Cgil-Filctem, Cisl-Femca and Uil-Uilta.
