Italy: Outplacement agreement signed in banking

The Italian banking employers' association, Abi, signed an innovative agreement in May 2010 with a group of HR consultancies to provide outplacement assistance to redundant employees in the sector.

The agreement was concluded by Abi and Assores, a national association of recruitment, selection and outplacement consultancy companies.
