Italy: Pay deal reached in oil and energy industry
On 11 December 2007, the Asiep employers’ organisation and the Filcem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uilcem-Uil trade unions reached a deal on renewing the pay aspects of the national collective agreement for the oil and energy sector. Employees will receive an average monthly pay increase of €116 over two years.
