Judge tells Laing O'Rourke to "feel thoroughly ashamed" for fatal fall
Laing O'Rourke Construction South has been fined £135,000 after a steelworker plunged to his death at a construction site on London's Isle of Dogs.
The fine follows an £80,000 fine imposed two months earlier for another fall from height.
