Photographic materials manufacturer Kodak has awarded its management and senior staff a basic 2% salary increase – flowing through to ancillary allowances – with further individual performance-related awards distributed from an undisclosed merit pot. The increases, effective from 1 April 2007, cover around 700 employees at the company’s Hemel Hempstead and Harrow sites.
