    Kwik-Fit has awarded its 3,700 centre staff a two-part staged increase to spot rates in the latest pay review. The first stage of the pay award saw spot rates raised by 3% with effect from 1 January 2007, while the second stage gave an additional 2% increase from 1 April 2007.
