National Statistics, the First Division Association, the Public and Commercial Services union and Prospect have negotiated a settlement worth 3.66% of the paybill - of which 3.49% is for consolidated payments - effective from 1 August 2004.
The award gives a 3% basic increase to all satisfactory performers, underpinned by a guaranteed cash increase of £500. Other aspects of the deal are designed to improve progression through the pay bands for National Statistics employees.
