Nationwide Building Society: 4.18% pay pot
The Nationwide Building Society has set a 4.18% pay bill budget for performance-related increases for its 10,500 employees, effective 1 July 2000. Individual awards range from nil to 7%, although for some of the lowest-paid employees, increases reached 16.2%, which included the basic review, salary progression and performance enhancement.
