Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL), formed by the merger of Northumbrian Water, Essex & Suffolk Water and Northumbrian Water Group Holding Company, has awarded its combined workforce a 2.586% basic pay increase this year.
The organisation's pay awards are linked to the achievement of NWL's "profits before tax" (PBT) goal.
