Norway: Hospitals strike ends
A strike at state hospitals by members of the health section of Akademikerne, the trade union confederation representing staff with a higher education, came to an end on 26 January after eight days (Norway: Strike hits hospitals). The union and the NAVO employers' organisation accepted a draft solution to the conflict proposed by the national mediator, Svein Longva.
