Organ builders' skilled rate rises by 4%

A pay and conditions agreement covering around 400 craft workers in Britain's organ-building trade sees the minimum hourly rate rise by 4% from the anniversary date of 1 January 2007. The pay deal means that the "skilled rate" is now set at £6.70 an hour.
