Pay awards stand at 1%: outlook remains uncertain
The median pay award in the three months to the end of February 2010 stands at 1%, but pay freezes remain a significant part of the pay scene. Continuing economic and political uncertainty at a busy time for pay setting means that the outlook for settlements remains unclear.
