Poland: Changes proposed to law on parental leave and working time

In November 2010, the Polish Government, trade unions and employers' organisations started negotiations on possible changes to legislation on parental leave and working time.

Part of the role of the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs, made up of representatives of the Government, employers and unions, is to debate and attempt to reach agreement on proposed employment legislation.
