Poland: New rules increase interest in telework

In October 2007, the Polish Labour Code was amended to regulate teleworking for the first time, and in March 2008 there are signs that the establishment of this legal framework has started to have an effect.

The 2007 amendments defined teleworking and laid down the rights and duties of the employees and employers concerned.
