Regulator tackles late payment of pension scheme contributions
The Pensions Regulator has turned its attention to the late payment of pension scheme contributions. As well as consulting on two draft codes of practice* on the topic, it has issued two briefing notes† to which managers and trustees must refer until the codes of practice become effective on 6 April 2006.
