Following negotiations with trade unions Amicus and the Transport and General Workers' Union, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, has awarded its 331 non-management employees a basic pay increase of 3.5%. The award is the first stage of a two-year deal, effective from 1 January 2006.
