Royal Mail and the Communication Workers' Union (CWU) have agreed a pay package that awards an £11.50 per week increase on basic rates for operational postal grades and operational support grades at the postal operator. The deal, covering around 155,000 workers, was accepted in a ballot of union members by a margin of 12 to one.
