Royal Mail has made a 2.9% increase to national basic pay rates for its 155,000 workers represented by the Communication Workers' Union (CWU). The increase applies only to the national basic pay rates excluding the London element, and weekday overtime rates. Allowances and other overtime payments remain unchanged.
