Salaries rise by 3.1% at BBC Worldwide

A 12-month pay and conditions agreement at BBC Worldwide has resulted in increases that add a total of 3.6% to the paybill. This is made up of a base-level pay rise of 2.6% (subject to a minimum uplift of £500 a year for full-time staff, pro rata for those working part time) plus 1% of the paybill allocated to fund individual merit awards.
