Key details
|
Minimum pay rates in the imported timber sawmilling industry have been increased by up to 3.3%, effective from the first full pay week in January 2007. The pay award was agreed at the industry's national joint council, following negotiations between the National Sawmilling Association, representing employers, and the GMB and TGWU trade unions, representing the industry's 15,000 workers.
