The national minimum rates applicable to workers employed in member companies of the Screen Printing Association (SPA) have increased by 3.2% for those on grades 1 to 3. The settlement, negotiated with the Graphical, Paper & Media Union, increases the rates of those at the bottom of the four-grade pay structure by 5.27%.
