    In the second year of a two-year deal negotiated with Amicus and the Transport and General Workers' Union, 353 non-management employees at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, received a 3.7% across-the-board pay rise effective from 1 January 2007. The increase was based on the greater of 3.1% or the retail prices index inflation figure for October 2006.
