Value footwear retailer Shoefayre has awarded a 2.5% basic increase to its 2,570 retail staff and managers. The organisation will be undergoing a further pay review in October to accommodate the uprating of the national minimum wage, which rises to £4.85 an hour for adult workers from 1 October.
