Members of the Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union and the National Union of Journalists have voted to accept a three-year pay and conditions offer from SMG Television, which comprises Scottish Television, Grampian Television, Broadcast and Event Solutions, SMG TV Productions, and Ginger Television. The first stage of the agreement, effective from 1 January 2005, sees basic rates increase by 3% across the board.
