Social partners: Joint position on undeclared work in private security

On 6 April 2006, the EU-level social partners in the private security sector - the employers' organisation CoESS and the finance division of the global trade union UNI-Europa - issued a joint position in which they state their opposition to undeclared work and suggest ways in which to combat it.

In their joint position, the signatory parties note that this phenomenon exists everywhere, even though its nature, the methods used and the size of the problem vary between member states.
