Spain: Bargaining framework agreed for 2007
On 6 February 2007, the main trade union confederations (CCOO and UGT) and employers' organisations (CEOE and CEPYME) signed an agreement providing a framework for lower-level collective bargaining in 2007. A central framework laying down guidelines for negotiations at sector and company level has been in place since 2002 (EER 385 p.13).
