Spain: Bargaining reform talks open

Spanish trade unions and employers' organisations started negotiations in July 2010 over a reform of the collective bargaining system.

The main trade union confederations (CCOO and UGT) and employers' organisations (CEOE and CEPYME) agreed to negotiate an overhaul of the collective bargaining system as part of their national framework agreement for 2010-12, signed in February 2010.
