Spain: Construction subcontracting law implemented
The government has adopted a decree that puts into effect recent legislation regulating subcontracting in the construction sector, with the aim of improving health and safety and making employment more stable.
The decree, approved at the end of August 2007, implements law 32/2006, adopted in October 2006.
