Spain: Deal ends job losses dispute at Nissan
On 22 February 2008, management and trade unions reached an agreement that will prevent a planned 10% workforce reduction at the Nissan plant in Barcelona.
The Japan-based automotive company’s factory in Barcelona currently employs around 4,500 workers.
