Spain: Delphi closure deal signed
In July 2007, management, trade unions and the Andalucía regional government reached agreement on the terms of the closure of the Delphi auto parts plant at Puerto Real, near Cádiz. The settlement will cost the company some €500 million in redundancy payments and other commitments.
