Spain: Employers set out bargaining reform proposals

Spanish employers' organisations published in October 2010 a set of proposals for overhauling the collective bargaining system, aimed at allowing greater flexibility, especially at company level.

In February 2010, the main trade union confederations (CCOO and UGT) and employers' organisations (CEOE and CEPYME) signed a framework agreement to guide collective bargaining at sector and company level over 2010-12.
