Spain: Procedures for employment cases to be overhauled

The Spanish Government issued draft legislation in September 2010 aimed at simplifying and streamlining the procedures for dealing with employment-related court cases.

The Spanish judicial system includes separate labour/social courts, alongside courts that deal with civil, administrative and criminal matters.
