Spain: Unions call for bargaining reform talks
Spain's main trade unions called on employers' organisations in July 2010 to honour a commitment to hold talks over an overhaul of the country's highly fragmented and uncoordinated system of collective bargaining.
In February 2010, the main trade union confederations (CCOO and UGT) and employers' organisations (CEOE and CEPYME) signed a framework agreement to guide collective bargaining at sector and company level over 2010-12.
