Spring report for employer's liability insurance review
The government has given more details about the review of Employer's Liability Compulsory Insurance (ELCI) that was announced by the Chancellor in his pre-budget report in November (EL review offers a "once-in-a-generation" opportunity ).
The review will be led by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), which is the HSC/E's sponsoring ministry.
