Thermal insulation industry workers: Rates rise 4.63%

The Thermal Insulation Contractors Association (TICA) has agreed a 4.63% increase in basic rates with the recognised trade unions. The deal, which covers 6,000 employees, improves the hourly pay of a thermal insulation engineer by 42p, to £9.50.
