Approximately 750 junior and middle managers at National Grid have received general and individual performance-related increases that increase basic salaries by an average of 3.24%, with awards ranging in value between nil and 6%. In addition, these employees received non-consolidated performance-related bonuses averaging slightly above 6% for junior managers and just over 11% for middle management.
